- Assist and advice guests on information related to KidZania Singapore
- Communicating with guests by face to face in a professional manner. Other communication means like telephone, email, letter with guests, will be determined through interview assessment
- Handle guest complaints, offer effective service recovery and keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with guests
