Objective
To learn the CRM & Loyalty landscape and join the team in driving activation and adoption improvement initiatives across APAC markets
Areas to be covered
- CRM Performance reporting
- Lifecycle journeys
- Loyalty Program Performance and Renovation
- Digital Platforms (Web, App, Social) Member Engagement & Experience
Curriculum
- Support CRM and Loyalty program continuous evolution across Asia Pacific region by partnering with region and market key stakeholders to review and consolidate program digital assets, benchmarks and performance indicators
- Get exposure to business insights and analyses through performance dashboards, and support business insights development focusing on digital, CRM, loyalty reporting in partnership with data and technology teams
- Get exposure to and support user behaviour and experience tracking via Google Analytics and mobile measurement platform (user management, user adoption, integrated digital partner management, events tagging)
- Document user guides to contribute to regional digital resource tool kits
Support business testing activities for regional projects, in collaboration with markets.
