Job Description

As our Customer Success Intern for Rapsodo Japan, you will leverage your bilingual skills in Japanese and English to provide exceptional support to our customers. This role is both exciting and challenging, requiring a blend of self-directed initiative and collaborative efforts with the Japan Sales and Product teams based in Singapore and Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer support inquiries (technical, usage, and product-related) across multiple platforms including email, chat, and phone.
  • Technical Solutions: Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions.
  • Problem Resolution: Own problems through resolution, engaging technical subject matter experts in Singapore and Turkey as needed.
  • Product Testing: Assist in the testing of our products.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of product testing and issue resolution logs.

Role Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English. Ability to explain concepts clearly in writing and over email, phone, and online chat platforms. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Prior experience delivering direct customer support is an added advantage.
  • Independence and Proactivity: Ability to take initiative and work autonomously, anticipating needs and taking action without requiring consistent direction.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated worker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Sports: A passion for sports, especially baseball and/or golf, is an added advantage.
