We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and event planning. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to real-world projects in a dynamic startup environment.

* What You Will Learn & Do

Business Development & Sales Support:

* Assist in lead generation by researching potential clients and market trends.* Support outreach efforts through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.* Help in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.* Learn about negotiation strategies and closing deals in real-time.

Event Planning & Coordination:

* Assist in coordinating logistics and operational planning for events.* Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth event execution.* Support the team in venue sourcing, event setup, and on-site management.* Gain exposure to client management by attending meetings and site visits.

Market Research & Strategy:

* Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor strategies.* Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.* Track client feedback and suggest improvements for future projects.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks:

* Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.* Assist in generating reports on business performance and event planning insights.* Provide general support to the business development and event teams.

* Who We Are Looking For

* Students or fresh graduates pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.* Passion for sales, business development, and events.* Strong communication and organizational skills.* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a startup setting.* Comfortable with a hybrid work model (2 days WFH, 3 days on-site).
