Reporting to the Director of Training & Development, key deliverables include:

  • Development of training programmes, training curriculum, pedagogy and materials
  • Consulting client on their training & developmental needs
  • Delivery of training sessions & workshops, peer mentoring and facilitation
Qualifications
  • Have taken part in at least 1 prior project where you were a trainer, facilitator, coach or peer mentor, be it in school, CCA or otherwise, or
  • Made at least 1 public presentation to a youth-centric audience, preferably in a domain related to education, tech and youth empowerment.
Other Information

Position Details

  • Internship: Minimum 8 weeks over summer, 5 days/week, 40-44 hours/week
  • Part-Time: During school term, Minimum 6 months, 8-10 hours/week
  • *Where applicable, may be counted towards university''s internship requirements
