Job Description
- Provide quality customer services to prospective and existing clients in a professional manner
- Booking of appointments,processing billings and payments.
- Obtaining and correctly recording customer information.
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell other products and services.
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned (eg; admin duties,assist physiotherapist)
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the gym, treatment room
