Creative Content Producer (Intern) - About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate content creation intern to join our close-knit family at Taizjo & Relay Room. To excel in this role, you must be passionate about lifestyle, design, culture and effecting positive change with your skills in multiple aspects of content production. Suitable candidates will be considered for full-time positions after completing 6 months of internship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Production of socially engaging, visually appealing content and marketing campaign ideas for Relay Room & Taizjo’s owned channels: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Conceptualisation, storyboarding, project briefing, scriptwriting to form a clear narrative for all content initiatives for social media, video production and podcasts
• Be responsible for entire lifecycle of creative content production from conceptualization to completion — including but not limited to: copywriting, producing, filming/lighting, set design/product styling, photography, design and post-production
• Working as part of the creative design team to keep a consistent look and feel across key campaigns internally and externally
• Manage production schedules, shoot logistics, sourcing external vendors and talent when required for production shoots
• Scoping of project feasibility, timeline and cost based on required briefs
• Keep a strong pulse of cultural conversations and an understanding of the latest media and design trends

Requirements:
• Undertaking or possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in filmmaking, mass communications, production or other media-related field
• Strong execution and production skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. After Effects is a plus)
• Basic knowledge in handling and operating equipment such as camera/audio/lighting equipment
• Previous internship or working experience in a media-related or content creation role preferred. Portfolio is necessary to apply.
