We are looking for an Operations and Customer Service Associate to join our work family and grow our capabilities in content creation and community building with us. Only Intern Positions (full-time basis, part-timers need not apply) are available with the opportunity to convert to a Full-Time position after completion of 6 months.
The E-Commerce Operations & Customer Service Associate is a cross-functional role in the operations and customer service team, that involves order fulfilment, order packaging, customer service and process improvement.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate fulfilment of online customer orders from multiple platforms (primarily Shopify), and to maintain accurate inventory levels. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining data records, order return processing, quality checks, transport/delivery management, and data management/analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform order fulfilment including accurate picking and packaging of orders, updating Shopify/Platform backend, arranging delivery, and customer service recovery
- Maintain and manage accurate inventory data of physical inventory records on a daily basis, assisting in the reorder process, as well as performing periodic stocktakes
- • Managing Operations in ensuring efficient and effective flow of daily operations and customer service levels
Ensuring clean and optimal environment and organisation of inventory storage area, taking initiative to create process improvements and increased efficiency
Performing Quality Checks on new stock arrival and inbounding new stocks into the system
Working closely with third party partners e.g. logistics companies and stockists to ensure smooth operations and updated inventory levels across multiple platforms
Updating of Fulfillment and Customer Service SOPs, replying and resolving Customer Service Enquiries
Working with Marketing team to identify expected demand generated from future marketing campaigns/promotions to ensure ability to fulfil subsequent orders
