Fulfilment & Customer Service Associate (Part-time / Intern)
The Fulfillment Operations & Customer Service Associate is a cross-functional role in the operations team, that includes inbound processing, order fulfillment, order packaging, and customer returns processing. The primary responsibility will include safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of online customer orders. Additional responsibility will include inventory management, maintaining data records, packaging inventory management, and order return processing including inspection. Key Accountabilities:
• Order Fulfillment (Shopify Backend System knowledge a bonus)
• Prepare the orders for fulfillment
• Package the products
• Manage the shipping of each order processed and update the Shopify Backend Orders with tracking IDs
• Arrange for pick-up and delivery of the orders
• Inventory Management
• Efficiently arrange, segregate and count the product and packaging inventory
• Maintain the inventory data everyday to ensure accuracy in supply chain management
• Document quality checks and enter into the system
• Ensure cleanliness in the inventory storage area at all times
• Quality Control upon new stocks arrival
• Ensure quality of the packaging is as per SOP & brand guidelines
• Ensure delivery of products is in stipulated time frame
• Perform other duties as assigned by management within
• Updating of Fulfillment and Customer Service SOPs
• Replying & Resolving Customer Service Enquiries on Email, Instagram DM and Website chat app
Required Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 0 to 12 months experience in e-commerce preferred
• Knowledge of Excel is mandatory
• Experience working with and managing 3rd party partnerships preferred
• Fluent in English
• Minimum commitment is 3.5 days a week. Required to work at least 2 hour on weekend to answer customer enquires (1hour on sunday and 1 hour on saturday).
• Minimum six months commitment.
