Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, enthusiastic & Gen AI savvy intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales department. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that impact the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling & coordinating of meetings & appointments

• Be a Champion of CRM tool. Research how to use it as a central repository for customer information & increase overall company efficiency. Train users to adopt & use the CRM tool

• Update prospect, customer & partner records in databases with accurate information

• Assist with preparation of Service Proposals

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information

• Coordinate and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.

• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program

• Strong interest in sales & technology

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in using Google Suite and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude & problem-solving skills

• Savvy with Gen AI

• Curious about exploring different stuffs in generative AI tools that can automate some tasks
