Job Description

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an HR Intern to work with our CHRO and our Talent Acquisition Lead in REAPRA. You will be required to involve yourself into a wide range of human resources activities regarding organization structuring, recruitment, company branding and so on. You will also have the chance to meet many c-level executives, entrepreneurs and talents in different industries. Not only you are responsible for providing information and clerical support, but you will also need to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be able to work at least 3 months no matter full-time or part-time. However, full-time is preferred.
  • Be enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD program or own a bachelor/Master degree or above in any major.
  • Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English.
  • Be legally able to work in Singapore (We do not sponsor working visa)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion in HR management and recruitment.
  • Proven related experiences.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Self-starter who can work proactively and independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  • High-tolerance for ambiguity and ability work to in fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
