Job Description

We are looking to hire highly motivated, hands-on individual who will be responsible for the day to day Operations of the Plant with regards to Safety, so that to achieve ZERO TRI for the plant.

  • In-charge of HSE function of the assigned plant, drive for continuous improvement by implementing up-to-date standards to comply to local codes requirements.
  • To coordinate Safety case (MHI) requirements and knowledge of ALARP, HAZID, HAZOP, Bow tie analysis and human factor.
  • To develop the essential HSE KPI for Operations and safety awareness programs to promote safety culture mindset.
  • Conduct Investigation, RCA, Risk Assessments, Safety audits, FMEA, system audits and improvement.
  • Comply with environmental, Health and Safety requirements. Conduct incident/accident investigation process including root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Assist/Coordinate HSE Safety Committee meeting and organize EHS Inspections.
  • Implement Programs to comply to MOM, SCDF and NEA Requirements.
  • Must be familiar with Local Code of Practice, Factories Acts, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Management System.
  • Coordinate /Assist/Conduct EHS, ERT and Emergency Response Training.
  • Update/ Assist in the Emergency Response Plan and respond to all HSE incidents and emergencies.
  • Evaluates/Update work methods, procedures and policies to ensure world-class standards are attainable.
  • Co-ordination between suppliers/ contractors/ end users. Planning/ Scheduling contractors work regarding safety matters.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree with at least 2-5 years relevant experience in the field of HSE.
  • MOM registered Safety Officer or equivalent.

Other Information

  • Knowledge on Solar or Semiconductor process flow and manufacturing system
  • Knowledge and experience in chemical and gas handling, Etching processes will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the following Standards: ISO14001, QS9000, OSHAS 18001, Safety Management System (MOM), EHS policy, Corporate, local legislation and CSR/ESG.
  • Knowledge of tools and methodologies like RCA, FMEA, Fish-Bone Analysis, Fault tree analysis.
  • Knowledge and experience in facilities systems (like, Life safety System, Fire alarm System, Chemical and Gas System, etc.)
