Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic team player to be part of our global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The candidate will need to understand the entire supply chain and manufacturing processes within REC, and constantly seek ways to keep forecast accuracy >90%. The candidate must be comfortable with presentations and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate daily production plan using inputs from Supply plan and customer fulfilment plan on Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning team to ensure 100% customer fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with and align cross-functional stakeholders on weekly priorities and resolve conflict of priorities (if any).
  • Monitor and drive weekly production forecast accuracy to >90%.
  • Frequent presentations to various groups of stakeholders and management.
  • Key team player in providing insights on new product introduction (NPI) and end-of-life (EOL) product planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field of study
  • Prior experience in solar industry would be an advantage
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
