JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Development Consultant (Web & Mobile Apps) performs software consultancy & business development activities in Singapore and manages all aspects of software development services sales and marketing operations in Singapore. All sales activities should be managed to maximise revenue for the company.

• Lead Generation
  He/She is required to generate new business from research and deliver strategic sales/business plans, monthly targets, reports, annual targets, budgets, forecasts or other projects.
• Appointment Setting
  He/She has to receive calls, respond to emails, and arrange appointments with customers. He/She has to perform regular follow-ups with customers, build an engaging relationship with customers, and keep the information in CRM up to data and well managed.
• Software Consultancy
  He/She will participate in requirement gathering from customers and design solutions to meet customer's business needs.
• Documentation
  He/She will participate in creating professional documentation. E.g. Sales Presentations, Proposals & Agreements, Analytical Reports & Dashboards for Management
• Marketing Campaigns
  He/She will design, create and run online/offline marketing campaigns, and generate statistics reports for Management to get insights.He/She will drive & participate in all sort of marketing activities e.g. Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search engine Optimizations, Flyers Distribution, Events Management etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Research & build strategy to market our services & products in Singapore
• Gather Software Requirements from customer, and provide Software Consultancy 
• Conduct presentations for potential customers
• Generate Leads via Email Campaigns, Social Media, Search Engine marketing & other channels
• Drive service quality and customer satisfaction
• Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Targets
• Manage & Coach junior sales executives
• Review and recommend best practices and approaches for business development
• Spot new sales and marketing opportunities
