JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is for a payroll professional who has at least 1 year of experience in running payroll in Singapore. In this role you will be required to run monthly payroll of our customers or assist in running monthly payroll cycles. In addition to payroll consultancy, you will be required to provide payroll software consultancy to our potential or existing customers. 

  • Payroll Processing
    He/She will be responsible for running monthly payroll cycles of clients and/or assist payroll administrators in executing payroll cycles. He/She will be required to keep employee information up to date in HRMS software, and assist in all payroll activities e.g. CPF calculations and submissions, IRAS submissions, Levy & Funds etc.

  • Customer Support
    He/She has to receive calls, respond to emails, and arrange appointments with customers. He/She has to perform regular follow-ups with customers, build an engaging relationship with customers, and keep the information in HRMS up to data and well managed.

  • Software Consultancy
    He/She will participate in requirement gathering from customers and implement HRMS or payroll software solutions to meet customer's business needs.
  • Documentation
    He/She will participate in creating professional documentation. E.g. Presentations, Proposals & Agreements, Analytical Reports & Dashboards for Management

  • Assist in Sales & Business Development
    He/She is required to assist in closing new business deals related to payroll consultancy and/or HRMS software. He/She will drive & participate in all sorts of marketing activities e.g. Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search engine Optimizations, Flyers Distribution, Events Management etc.
