Job Description

Our client is managing a well-known education platform that focuses on e-learning for students from Primary school to Secondary school. They have newly opened up a position, which aids in customer retention.

This is a Work From Home position! 

Monday - Friday, Saturday half day - 12pm to 9pm

Job duties

  • Handle all incoming calls from our customers (through online platforms)
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Provide accurate information to new customers
  • Escalating queries and concerns
  • Regular updates & communication with the team

Requirements:

  1. Candidate is required to be able to converse with Mandarin speaking customers
  2. 1 week training held in Office, Balmoral Road
  3. No quota for pass holders
