Job Description

1 Year Contract R&D Lab Assistant *IMMEDIATE* - Food Science Lab

Job Description

Conduct independent starch analysis and other laboratory analysis
Able to execute independently starch analysis in terms of physical and application properties
Keep track of incoming sample
Conduct starch bench marking test with the guidance from supervisor
Support any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

Minimum a diploma in Material Science / Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
Analytical, methodological and result oriented
Able to start work immediately or on short notice
Able to commit at least 3-4 weekdays
