3 - 5 Months Contract Marketing Associate: $8 - $12 / HR
- Prepare data for email blasts and SMS triggers
- Handle reports from daily email blasts and SMS triggers
- Track and send follow-up communications regularly
- Assist in letter shopping several times a week
- Ensure that the right communications reach the right applicant
- Co-ordinate and craft tactful replies for social media enquiries
- Liaise with vendors for schedules of email blasts and SMS triggers
- Ensure letters to applicants are sent out promptly
- Verify invoices from vendors
- Support other marketing and sales functions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holders
- Preferably 3 years of experience in Payroll or related jobs
- Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Available immediate or within short notice
