6 Months Contract Coverage Trainee (International Banking)

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the formulation, implementation, and delivery of operational SOPs
• Ensuring local and applicable regulatory guidelines are adhered to when formulating operational SOPs
• Keeping up to date with office procedures, policy guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Co-ordinating one or more teams through requirement gathering, process flow and produce clear requirement documentations.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned by line manager.

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of Banking and Finance preferred
• Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills (Ability to use Microsoft Visio would be advantageous)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to taking on a broad range of responsibilities
• Work well under pressure with ability to meet tight timelines
• Comfortable interacting with people from different culture and background
