Job Description

As a Human Resource Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the talent acquisition process.

  • Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Participate in the interview process by conducting in-person or virtual interviews with candidates.
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and job postings.
  • Help to coordinate and participate in on-campus recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

 

Learning Outcome:

  • Achieve broad-based understanding of Human Resources, as well as the internal recruiting & selection process for roles across various functions
  • Acquire understanding of different personality types using DiSC Profiling Tool and how to apply it in Human Resources and work with different types of people
  • Development of skills such as communication, project management and networking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office in corporate setting
