Working with the HR (Recruiting & Branding) Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing various areas of the recruitment front to grow & market the business in Singapore. You will be actively supporting the corporate recruiting/screening process, lead campus outreach initiatives, and oversee corporate branding activities to publicize our brand.
Job Description
- Responsible to source, evaluate and experiment various recruitment methods to attract, engage and hire potential candidates via various social media platforms, networking events, offline recruitment, infrastructure advertisements, collaterals etc.
- Ensure that each stage of the recruitment process is completed within the required time frame.
- Plan and develop Talent Pools for the business in order to meet the requirements of the Hiring Plan.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes.
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
Requirements
- Minimum 'A' Levels/Diploma/Undergrad/Degree in any discipline.
- Have the passion to liaise with people from all walks of life.
- On Job Training provided.
