Job Description

6 Months - 1 Year Temp HR Assistant


  • Performs main checker’s role during payroll run (includes printing individual staff’s variance reports, payroll reports and preparing payroll documents)
  • Submission of monthly CPF contributions
  • Submission of government-paid leave, NSmen make-up pay claims
  • Checking of yearly income tax and uploading of income tax 
  • Checking of mileage claims
  • Checking and keying in of sick leave records
  • Processing of staff’s petty cash claims
  • Prepare security access pass and medical cards for new joiners and staff
  • Preparing of disbursement of insurance claims for Finance’s follow up
  • Monitoring of medical supplies, bottled drinking water and A4/A3 papers on 3rd floor Production
  • Assist in HR purchasing where necessary
  • Preparations of new staff pack for new joiners
  • Arrangement of get well basket, wreath where necessary
  • Scheduling of interviews, sending out rejection letters to interviewed candidates
  • Assist in the Rewards & Recognition scheme (preparing letters, documents for Finance and purchasing of vouchers)
  • Assist in sending re-employed staff for their medical check up
  • Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

 

Pre-requisites:

  • Minimum GCE “O” level/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies of HR or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience in SAP system will be an advantage
  • Team player and meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
