The Opportunity:
· Prospecting and breaking into new corporate client accounts and pitching for projects.
- Assessing client’s hiring needs, building meaningful partnerships with them for continued business relationships.
- Once the project is secured, you will be the key account person to serve your corporate client on all their manpower requirements.
- You will be in charge of interviewing, screening candidates, managing the job offer process and handling negotiations on compensation and benefits.
· Working in teams to leverage on synergies to drive the recruitment process for corporate clients.
