You will build relationships with both new and existing clients through cold calling, market research and business visits. The objective is to foster business partnerships with clients so as to ensure consistent sales revenue streams. This is done by screening and selecting potential candidates and conducting interviews to match client’s requirements to help clients in sourcing for the right talent for their business to grow.
Requirements:
- Min. Tertiary education (Diploma/Degree holders or equivalent)
- No experience in recruitment is needed, however any sales or customer service experience would be a bonus
- We are looking for people who are usually self-motivated, positive & persistent and very comfortable meeting new people
- Shows interest in building a successful career in sales, marketing, customer service or business development
