  • Conducting interviews for candidates
  • Matching candidates to suitable positions
  • Arranging and coordinating of interviews
  • Posting of job advertisements to attract suitable pool of candidates
  • Business developments activities
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Proven mentorship program
  • Opportunities for sales visits to clients offices to understand working environment
  • Setting achievable targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Screening for clients by identifying and securing the best-fit candidates
  • Provide career advisory services to candidates
  • Keeping abreast with market information, employment trends and industry knowledge
