Job scope:
Talent Acquisition: Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
Candidate Management: Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.
Requirements:
Minimum A levels or Diploma in any discipline
Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
Strong interest in marketing and/or business development with good business acumen
Possess enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
