Job Description
Job Functions:
- Assist HR team in the recruitment process such as candidates sourcing, conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Handle public enquiries over the phone and email
- Data entry and filing of confidential documents
- Assist payroll team every 2 to 3 days to create employee records in the payroll system
- Perform accurate timesheet calculations
- Prepare and compile payroll reports
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by HR or Payroll team
Requirement:
- Proficient in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, hands-on and good team player
- Good organizational and communication skills
