Job Description

  • Coordinate seamless interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Contribute to successful job offer and onboarding processes.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements and manage candidate referrals.
  • Support efficient onboarding and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records and databases.
  • Provide essential administrative support, contributing to a smooth HR operation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in any course of study
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A genuine passion for people and a desire to learn about HR.
  • Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is a bonus, but not required.
