Job Description
Recruitment Consultant (Banking Division): $2600 - $2800
- Involved in attracting candidates and job-matching them to positions with our client
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for available positions
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding
- Conduct background checks on potential candidates
- Offer employment advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities
- Conducted visits to client’s location to find out about HR needs and requirements in recruitment
- Provide information and guidelines to clients on employment acts based on MOM requirements
Requirements:
- With a minimum qualifications of Degree/ Diploma education in any discipline
- Passionate in recruitment, relationship building and meeting different people from all walks of life.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and is an excellent team player
