Job Description

Recruitment Consultant // Talent Acquisition #internship #central #ESS #3months

-Specialized Recruitment Support: You will serve as a subject matter expert for white-collar positions across diverse industries such as manufacturing, chemical, logistics supply chain, education, retail, call centers, and more.

-End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving job applications to screening, job matching, conducting interviews, and making recommendations of suitable candidates to internal stakeholders. Coordinate job interviews and follow up on interview statuses, while also facilitating job offers and administering employment contracts.

-General HR and Administrative Duties: Engage in various HR and administrative tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
