Recruit Express Pte Ltd – Talent Development Intern (People, Culture & Branding)

Talent Acquisition: 

• Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels (eg. Job Portals, Telegram, LinkedIn etc.) & database based on their interests, preferences and skill sets
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications and schedule interview slots
• Assess applicants’ suitability for the role
• Support the job offer process and provide administrative support to candidates

Corporate Branding:

• Talent Attraction & Employer Branding (Job Portals, School Ads & Job Fairs, Social Media, etc..)
• Be experimenting & creative in expanding the company’s presence & outreach to attract talents
• Any other admin and ad hoc assignments requested by your Supervisor/Mentor
