Job Description
- Assist customers via the customer service hotline and email, and resolve customer queries and feedback efficiently
- Resolve or manage escalation matters
- Deliver excellent service experience
- Liaise with other units to provide prompt solutions to the customer
- Participate in or provide support for project and initiatives
- Complete ad-hoc assignments as required
