In this role you will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation the Employer Branding and Social Media Marketing strategy across Singapore relating to Recruitment. You will play a vital role in positioning and increasing awareness of Recruit Express brand and engagement of talent population, and driving our brand presence online & offline through universities, relevant associations and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute strategies for Talent Attraction & Employer Branding (School Ads, Job Fairs, Social Media, Outreach Initiatives etc.)
- Create materials for the marketing content across our company’s website, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram or EDMs.
- Conceptualisation of video content, basic videography and video editing for social media platforms.
- Enhance company’s website and social media platforms so as to increase eyeball and clicking traffic and follower
- Engage and inspire prospective talents through marketing emails and social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and company website.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Possess strong communication abilities
- Enjoy autonomy and creativity to initiate & execute Employer Branding initiatives
- Team player and enjoy new challenges
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
