8 X Accounts Executive (Keen in Fullset) - East

Responsibilities:

• Simple full set of accounts
• Preparation of schedules for all Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items
• Daily update of bank transactions
• AR functions: Invoicing, Arrears chasing, collections
• Tenancy Management: New leases, Renewals, Terminations, Processing of SD collections and Refunds Monthly Reporting and bank/collections reconciliations
• Attend to queries from corporate clients, tenants and Auditors
• Monthly bank reconciliation (AP and AR)
• Involve in financial audits; liaison with auditors / banks / operations

Requirements:

• LCCI in Accounting or other professional Accounting qualifications
• Partial accounts experience or keen in learning simple full set of accounts
• Experienced in ACCPAC will be an advantage
• Sharp analytical skills coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start work immediate or short notice will be an advantage
• Able to apply WP
