Recruit Haus Pte Ltd – Temp Finance Assistant (4 to 6 Months)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing receipts, and updating transactions in the in-house System.
• Support transaction data processing related to service package claims by handling data collection, entry, administration, verification, processing claims, and reporting on claim activities.
• Support the procurement process, including tasks such as vendor creation and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals.
• Assist in the setup of systems and workflows for procurement related to workshop and aftersales job orders, ensuring smooth transaction data processing.

Requirements: 

• Finance experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, technology savvy
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
