We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is also seeking a hands-on internship
Our team is looking for a dedicated, smart go-getter who's willing to dig in and learn while doing so. You'll learn the ins and outs of quality customer service, participate in training activities, and most of all - you'll learn the business.
This is a hands-on position that can lead to full-time employment.
Role: To ensure proper support is provided to lead customer service representatives and at the same time serve our clients
Responsibilities:
Assist with questions, provide information as needed
Monitor customer support communication channels and report issues to the lead customer service representative
Assist in updating any information or reports, or administrative tasks
Reviewing mapping data accuracy for all stores in various search engines
This internship will be utilized for critical analysis of operational processes that we are reviewing to improve how we serve our client's
Results:
Follow-up of customer experience.
Providing impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.
Answering questions, suggestions, and remarks from clients.
Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
Communicates any problems or issues to management for resolution
Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond in a timely manner to request
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone and email
Flexible schedule
