Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is also seeking a hands-on internship 

 

Our team is looking for a dedicated, smart go-getter who's willing to dig in and learn while doing so. You'll learn the ins and outs of quality customer service, participate in training activities, and most of all - you'll learn the business. 

 

This is a hands-on position that can lead to full-time employment.

 

Role: To ensure proper support is provided to lead customer service representatives and at the same time serve our clients

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with questions, provide information as needed

  • Monitor customer support communication channels and report issues to the lead customer service representative

  • Assist in updating any information or reports, or administrative tasks

  • Reviewing mapping data accuracy for all stores in various search engines

  • This internship will be utilized for critical analysis of operational processes that we are reviewing to improve how we serve our client's

 

Results:

  • Follow-up of customer experience.

  • Providing impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.

  • Answering questions, suggestions, and remarks from clients.

  • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints

  • Communicates any problems or issues to management for resolution

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond in a timely manner to request

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member

  • Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone and email

  • Flexible schedule
