Client Success Scope (50%):
- Collaborate closely with our merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of merchant onboarding
- Manage and update merchant data and prioritization using Excel, Google Sheets and other applications (Trello/FreshDesk)
- Handle daily support operations including responding to inquiries and following up with merchants
- Maintain database including data entry and report generating
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Marketing Scope (50%):
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Help in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing activities.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification and experience in client support or marketing roles
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and other applications and tools such as Google Sheets
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Good time management and communication skills
- Customer-service mindset with ability to manage expectations, as well as communicate goals and objectives with merchants and internal teams
