This position will work within the Client Support Hub in Singapore and support the regional Sales team in daily operations:
Assist in responding to phone, email queries and feedback from merchants/clients
Assist in the implementation of marketing strategy and activities (i.e. coordinating events e.g. logistics arrangements)
Liaise with internal stakeholders/departments to support all sales efforts
Admin and ad-hoc project duties as assigned
Requirements are:
Undergraduate specializing in Mass Communication, Business or Marketing is preferred
IT savvy (internet, social media, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML & Photoshop)
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin is a must to liaise with our Mandarin speaking associates
Possess initiative and ability to multi-task & willingness to learn
Training and coaching will be provided
