As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with our product management team to assist in the development and
execution of product strategies. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product success and align on goals.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature specifications and user guides.
Create presentations to communicate product value propositions to various stakeholders.
Feedback Gathering: Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Use this feedback to inform product development and improvements.
Project Management: Support product managers in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Assist with coordinating tasks across different teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Product Testing: Participate in the product testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and review. Work alongside the quality
assurance team to conduct manual and automated testing of product features.
Write Test Cases: Develop detailed test cases based on product requirements and user stories. Ensure test cases cover functional, usability, and edge-case scenarios to guarantee product quality and reliability.
Usability Testing: Assist in designing and conducting usability tests to evaluate the overall user experience. Compile results and
suggest improvements to enhance product usability.
Reporting Bugs & Issues: Document and report any bugs or issues identified during testing. Work with the development team to
prioritize and address these issues in a timely manner.
