Job Description
Technical Writer (Min. 3 Months)
- Work with internal teams - Product, Technology and Sales - to produce and maintain product documentation including feature decks, product presentations, user guides etc
- Write, review and edit content and documents for diverse internal and external audiences
- Research and gather information/feedback from relevant subject matter experts and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Creative and fluent in technical writing in English
- Ability to learn and acquire product knowledge and understand product features
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in Chinese and/or Bahasa is an advantage
- Attention to detail, customer-focused and able to work under pressure
- Able to commit at least 3 months for this project
