Candidate will be exposed to the following
Requirements:
Internship period: April to August
Number of positions available: 1
Monthly allowance: SGD650
- Candidate will play an active role in the development of the organisation’s social media and PR presence.
- Candidate will research and target top influencers and up-and-comers in the tech & design industry.
- Candidate will regularly analyze and report on the activity of our social media networks and assist the team on media relations matters.
Specific project / learning outcomes
Candidate will be exposed to the following
- Compiling, tracking, summarising and reporting on media coverage;
- Drafting communications materials (e.g. writing press releases and briefing documents);
- Conducting background research on companies and topics;
- Maintaining contact lists, editorial forward features lists, and event calendars;
- Maintaining media relations/ media monitoring (e.g. liaising with journalists, distributing press releases, providing support for press conferences);
- Pitching for new communication channels (e.g. conducting research on prospects/ media partnerships, creating and editing PowerPoint / Keynote presentations and proposals and participating media pitches)
Requirements:
- Proficient in written English
- Chinese, Korean a plus
Internship period: April to August
