Established in 1976, Red House Seafood is one of Singapore’s oldest seafood restaurants. Focused on Singapore Nanyang-style Seafood, the food at Red House features an intoxicating blend of ingredients and flavours indigenous to the region of Southern China and Southeast Asia, and is representative of Singapore’s multi-cultural heritage.
Other than Red House Seafood, we also independently manage the following brands:
- Geylang Claypot Rice (another heritage brand that serves traditional claypot rice cooked over charcoal for over 40 years)
- Milkfish (a fast-casual seafood soup made without MSG, dairy and preservatives)
- Ao Broth (an ecommerce brand that sells slow-cooked broths that are MSG-free)
- Hot Buns (a dynamic takeaway concept at Clarke Quay serving snacks with Asian street food flavours)
- And a new e-commerce brand
The role
Local F&B establishment looking for a Social Media Intern to assist in marketing, curating & managing content for our social media platforms.
The designated working days are Monday through Friday/Saturday; however, these may be adjusted based on the specific tasks assigned during the week, as the work is task-based.
The role is primarily remote; however, you will be required to visit the restaurants at least once or twice a week for content creation and/or meetings.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Social Media
-Manage all social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok, XHS)-Assist in developing social media strategies for our various brands-Create content and marketing materials for all social media accounts (photos, videos, graphics, copywriting captions, etc)-Design online collaterals, posters, etc-Monitor online reviews & social media presence-Reply to social media comments and/or enquiries-KOL management during campaigns-Assist with any admin tasks related to social media-Other social media related ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
-Familiar with social media platforms and their trends-Creative mindset, proactive, open-minded & have an eye for details-Photo-taking, videography and graphic design skills-Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas-Excellent command in English & Mandarin-Good copywriting skills-Comfortable with random ad-hoc tasks-Knowledge in using design & editing software (eg. Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Illustrator, etc)
Remuneration: $800 per month
