Urgently Hiring An Office Staff For An Aviation Company
Your primary role will be handling the logistics side of the company. You are to go through three months of training, after which you will receive a pay raise based solely on your performance. As a logistics specialist, you will also be given the opportunities to conduct sales operations. With our company, you will have endless potential to grow.
[PRE-REQUISITES]
-Highly proactive in nature
-Able to pay full attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills including English skills
-Chinese speakers preferred
-Proficient in handling MS Office Word & Excel
-Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency holder
[ENTITLEMENTS]
-SG$1,800 for the first three months
-A pay raise after three months of probationary period
-Bonuses based on work performance
-Annual leave and medical leave
-All necessary training will be provided
[INITIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]
-Receiving and answering enquiries from customers via e-mail, telephone, Whatsapp, Skype
-Communicating with various freight forwarders
-Data entry and organising data
-To receive, store, and distribute aircraft spare parts, material, tools and equipment
-Handling purchase orders and sales orders
-Assembling orders from customers
-Handling packing slips, tax invoices and certificates
