Red Swastika Student Centre – Student Care and Marketing Intern / Student Care Teacher

Roles and Responsibilities:

Student Care:

• Plan and conduct lesson content, engaging programmes and activities for students during school term and school holidays
• Supervision primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework
• Classroom management: Creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Able to inculcate positive values, build character and instill discipline in students at all time
• Coaching of Chinese and English Spelling
• Supervise Primary school children (Primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework and coaching of English and Chinese spelling.
• Provide academic guidance in all subjects
• Able to teach art and craft to primary school students
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from nearby schools to student care centre
• Ensure safety of children within the classroom area at all time.
• Regular liaison with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and behaviour
• Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre's premises.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head

Marketing:

• Assist in creating and managing content creation for our centre's social media platforms (such as Instagram, Tik Tok,Facebook)
• Help develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our centre's programs and services.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Enjoy teaching and possess a passion for nurturing children, Love children and the learning process
• Able to guide primary school subjects.
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut will be a plus.
• Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges
• Have experience in teaching children, preferably at primary level
• Experience in working with children preferred. Those without experience may also apply
