Job Description
- To support business development (CQS) and related tasks
- To review non-disclosure agreement (NDA) from new partners
- To support/follow-up on contract/agreement administration
- To fulfil customer pre-tender/quotation qualification requirements
- To update Trading Analyst on purchase order/contract/agreement credit terms for billing
- To verify documents for consistency
- To coordinate REC delivery matters with customers
- To extract necessary information from tender
- To research on new regulations and industry development
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business or a related field.
- Structured and analytical thinking
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
