We are looking for a hands-on Startup Ecommerce Operations Manager with previous startup experience. Join our small but fast growing team as one of the company’s first team-members and help us to further scale Reebelo:
Become a key team-member in our operations team
Monitor and manage order fulfillment by our vendors
Assist Customer Service department with After Sales topics, with a problem solving mindset
Optimize existing delivery + pickup processes, returns, tracking codes and find additional fulfillment partners
Produce weekly reporting and KPIs
Automate processes, improve product listings & benchmark prices
Onboard regional partners set up cross-border shipping
Expansion to APAC (Australia + Malaysia this year, many more countries next year)
Your background
You are motivated to make an impact and have a hands-on startup atitude? After several years of experience in Product or Operations you are ready to join a high-growth startup? Great, that’s what we are looking for:
Motivated person with startup attitude: hands-on + ambitious
2+ years relevant experience or first internships
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
You are ambitions, a team-player and ready to make an impact
Based in Singapore or willing to relocate, business fluent in English
