Performance Marketing Manager (High-growth Startup)

About the role

• Reebelo is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with previous experience & track record in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). You have the chance to be one of our first team-members, working together and closely with the Marketing Director and experience hands-on how to scale a successful start-up:
• Help develop Reebelo’s growth strategy, execution and optimization of all marketing initiatives in Singapore, through creative, commercial and analytical skills
• Plan, design and run campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) across all marketing channels
• Contribute to design and develop new customers acquisition and engagement campaigns
• Closely monitor, track and report campaign results to ensure they align with the KPIs
• Don’t limit your impact – you can further help us to grow by expanding into new channels, new markets, new categories

Your background

• Are you motivated to learn something new in marketing and do you have a hands-on start-up attitude? Great, that’s what we are looking for:
• Ambitious person with start-up attitude
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns or activations simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• You are commercial switched on when it comes to prioritising tasks and contribution to strategy
• You can manage timelines, with the focus on maximizing speed and effectiveness
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• You are a team-player who loves high-growth environments, you are excited to increase our growth, take full ownership of the role and ready to make an impact from day 1
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate, business fluent in English
