Office timing work schedule ; 9am to 6pm
Job Description:
- Project Management: Assist with pre-productions management and time management role.
- Resource planning, scheduling, research and access ideas and finished scripts
- Assist duties on and off set production
- Liaise with respective clients and agencies on projects
- Coordinate with editors and other stakeholders on post production matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health and safety laws
Requirements:
- Calm & a quick mind in situations that require good decision making
- Good time management
- Able to work with a team and individually
- Video Production/Mass Comms related diploma qualification, or having good past experience/portfolio to substantiate
- Well understood in processes of pre/post-productions
- A friendly nature and capable to communicate in a fun and engaging manner towards customers.
