Job Description

The Customer Happiness team is Refash's frontline warriors, battling daily to ensure our users get the best experience. 

We are looking for talented interns who understand what it means to delight a customer and are always looking to enrich the lives of others.

In keeping our users HAPPY, you will be the central communication channel between sellers/buyers and Refash and tackle general enquiries, queries & feedback across many departments

-      Selling & Buying
-      Tech
-      Finance
-      Others 

If you

-      are proficient in English (spoken and written),
-      can commit for a minimum of 2 months,
-      are kind and patient,
-      are empathetic and have good listening ears,

Prior experience with customer service/support services is a bonus (but not as essential as the willingness to learn from a highly motivated team)!
