Job Description
How does my value contribute to the company?
As a Project Coordinator, you serve as the foundation for important decisions and actions to be carried out. With the skills for sourcing, managing, and risk assessment, you contribute by preventing and eliminating obstacles, paving the way for new opportunities.
How exactly do I do it?
- Understand & liaise clients on their requirements for potential order.
- Follow-up with and attend to clients’ enquiries, in order to maintain relationship with clients and enhance customer experience.
- Liaise with vendors & production team on potential orders.
- Attend to and follow-up with all relevant administration & documentation for projects.
- Prepare, review, validate quotations & purchase order.
Am I really the right fit?
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
- Meticulous & have a keen eye for details.
- Able to multitask & meet deadlines under pressure.
- Publishing/Printing knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Proficient in spoken Mandarin to liaise with the Production’s Mandarin speaking associates.
- Available immediately (ability to start work within short notice).
